Fading Tires

I live in Florida and it seems like the sun is really taking it's toll on my tires. They all look faded like they've been out in the sun way too long. I don't notice every car with this problem, so why mine? You think people are putting on some kind of protective spray?

Do you use any kind of tire cleaner or tire shine? My tires always look so nice after I clean them and apply a high gloss tire gel. I use Pinnacle, but there are so many different brands out there. My advice would be to ask around your local automotive parts store for a recommendation.

Wow, I've never heard of fading tires before (honestly it's a first). I wonder if it is something you are using on them too. I live in NY and even the snow and ice don't make my tires fade.

I think that some of the tire glossing sprays contain UV protection. Sounds like the sun is doing a number on your tire rubber. Check your auto supply store and see if there are any products that would help.
