FWD and torque-steering

This is a major pet peeve of mine, and I've yet to encounter a front-wheel-drive that doesn't have this issue to some degree or another when put to the test in tight corners.

Surely if auto makers can come up with variable-all-wheel-drive, they can address the matter of torque-steering?

I'm reminded of the Dodge Stealth R/T, it had to be one of the worst for torque-steering I've ever encountered. With 235 hp, it had 300 ft lbs of torque, and it could kick like a horse in a tight corner.
