How often have you had to call the Locksmith? One time we accidentally locked our keys in the trunk and instead of the Locksmith opening it up, he ended up taking a screwdriver and popping the lock out! I guess our car was too old. :heh:

I rarely have to call a locksmith, because I have several extra copies of the car door key. I keep one in my wallet, and a couple family members have a copy, and I keep one at my desk, so there is always someone I can call to come let me in if I lock in my key.

I have never had to call the locksmith. I have always been lucky enough to not lock my keys in the car. How much does a locksmith cost these days?

We have had to call the locksmith one time. My husband locked the keys in his truck and we were stranded. Ever since then, he keeps one key in one front pocket and the spare in his back pocket. He still locks himself out, but now he has the spare with him.
