The Fuel-Efficiency Prize Goes To...

Can you beat 102 miles per gallon? I can't even believe it, but it's been done. "Very Light Car No. 98" won $5 million and two other cars won $2.5 million each as runner-ups in a fuel efficiency competition. You can tell how much work it took to reach that level when you see "No. 98" in the name!

Is it going to be re-badged or remodelled when they make it for ordinary use or is it only going to be a race car as it is originally designed? It looks like a chopper with wheels but running for 102 miles per gallon is awesome! Well done to Kuttner and his team!

Wow.:shocked: Now that is impressive. 102 miles to the gallon? Let's hope the oils industry doesn't step in and shoot this down. Think of the impact on the oil industry it could make if everybody started buying those.:rip:
