Since we ended up getting the new Dodge it had to get tired on it. I am surprised by what they found when they checked the alignment, the front tires were both leaning inward. It ended up costing $699 for the new wheels but in the end its worth it.
I had to get new tires a couple months ago and paid about the same. It's a hit, but you're right that it's worth it. I hate driving around on shoddy tires.
We use Tire Kingdom as well and have been happy with them so far. Like you guys, I hate paying for tires but I'm always happy to have new, properly aligned ones.
The deal we ended up getting is that they had two sets in stock and there were minor differences in each. The higher prices ones (which we got) they gave them to us at the lower rate since we have used them for all other cars in the past.
