I had some boards running across the ceiling of my old garage. They were perfect for me to store my ladders on when they weren't at a job. The extra storage space is well worth it in a one car garage.

I have a two car garage and I love it. I think I would have a really hard time adjusting to a one car garage, especially with my truck crammed into it. Right now I have plenty of room to work. If you have a chance, get a two car garage.

I just broke 80,000 miles on my truck the other day. It is a 2007 and I plan to keep it until its dead (hopefully 100,000+ more miles away). How many miles on your original engine? Anyone out there with over 150,000 miles?
